Parts are cutting the wrong length

There are usually 3 situations in which the material would be cut at the wrong length.
Things to note before calling a technician:

Can you provide any history of whether this happened on multiple pieces? Or just the one piece?
How long have any other pieces been out-of-measurement?

Steel collided with outfeed
Symptom: Location of cuts will shift significantly towards the front of the steel after a feed.
Cause: This is usually because the material has a bend, or a hanging piece of steel jammed.
Notes: Error in the length of the piece will be inconsistent, and varied.
Action: Process steel with any bending aimed to come towards the operator.

Pre-Cut pieces are not not aligned with the holes
Symptom: No end-cuts were done at the front of the steel, and all cuts are consistently misaligned to the front edge.
Cause: There is a misalignment between the drawbridge sensor and the torch
Action: In the calibration within, there is a tickbox to “Calibrate drawbridge on next feed”. This option will usually solve. If issues persist contact a technician.

There is a difference between the scale of the drawbridge and the rollers.
Symptom: The location of the cuts gradually become worse.
Cause: Scaling or friction is incorrect and needs investigation by a service technician.
Notes: If it is a scaling error, the result should be fairly consistent between runs. Friction will likely be more inconsistent.
Action: Contact a servicing technician.

The clamps failed to grip
Symptom: Cuts locations are significantly wrong.
Cause: The steel may fail to travel with the drawbridge, or inversely, roll with the rollers and end up at a random location.
Action: Ensure that the clamping pressure is correct, and monitor to see if the clamps are closing correctly.
